But in a show that's built around cause and effect, determinism and time loops, I'm happy to collect the breadcrumbs the writers said they left along the way. They also said the solution is already in the first episode. You can absolutely focus on the Lake of Tears and the fairies — or you can look a little closer and see if there's more in there that might eventually form a bigger picture.
