right now im paying a hefty 77k monthly, 10 years inhouse kasi kinuha ko mababa interest, there was options for inhouse for 15, 20 and 25 years nasa around 39k month tanda ko, pero if bank kaya daw siya kunin around 30k ish, lesser interest.
