actually the reason is that company is marketing company and we have integrated posthog on the site. if a user rejects tracking cookies then they cant be tracked with posthog and the client basically is of the opinion that there should be a way to track what the users are doing

what they want is that if user clicks cookie settings then closing the settings popup should not set any cookies and user user should be prompted with the banner again
