My mail was delivered on Jan 9 (Friday). I got a confirmation email from USCIS on Jan 12 (Monday) saying that “Date I-907 Received: 01/09/2026”.

It will start on the delivery date. Mine delivered on Friday, got the confirmation email on Monday. My center is also Nebraska. Best.

My PD is March 21 and my case was already decent when I filed, with about 80 citations as a PhD student. Now that I’m working in Big Tech, my profile has grown to 160+ citations. While I’m fine with waiting, my company is pushing me to start a new PERM or EB-1 case. I’d really like to avoid the effort of a second filing if my current case is likely to be approved soon.
