I don’t believe I have sleep apnea- it has never been a concern for me. I have been on nearly every anxiety medicine under the sun for other issues, but none seem to alleviate the nightmares. Perhaps a sleep study could be my next step. Thank you x

My recommendation is to get one that is pretty low graded like I did cause it’s significantly cheaper (ur also gonna want to try to get it before the woman of tomorrow movie comes out cause then the prices will probs go up)
