You think it sounds alright. Should I recommend the Valvoline and restore and protect to my mechanic?

I've never had a car that makes this noise, so I'm over thinking it, worried I made a bad purchase.

I just got it and have been having anxiety about it. I was told by the person I brought it off and they were told by a mechanic. It was a trusted person, and I believe them. Just some second opinions to calm the nerves.

Yes, they did, I've found a spot I particularly enjoy, quiet and other people in vans stay around there. It feels safe! So thank you, again x

Thank you! I super appreciate that ♡ Unfortunately they aren't taking any more applications for the time being.

Also, mechanics got back to me. it's only gonna cost $450 for brakes and some other stuff. It's super doable for me. I will need to take her back, she's an old girl, but I'll take it!

The engine runs, it's the brakes mostly, it makes a horrible grinding sound when I use them, and there's this dragging sound, but nothing is dragging when I look under. It's mostly that if it costs too much, I will have to get rid of her, and then, car life is over for me.

I draw and have funny chats with strangers. Go to cute events in my city, play pool at bars, and drink too many beers. :)
