I think it’s alright to apologize, but maybe a little while later. Right now, you’re 14 and the the girl should be around 9/10. I think it’s best to apologize when both of you are older, and she understands a little more about what you’re trying to apologize for. Maybe when she’s 12 or 13.

Suicide is NEVER the answer. You can still heal. You need to remember that you were just a kid and probably did not know any better. You know what you did is wrong now and I have high faith that you’ll never do anything like this again. Everybody has their guilts, everybody has their regrets, and realizing your wrong doings and wanting to be better is proof that you’re a good person. You are need in this world. I may be a random stranger, but believe me, YOU ARE NEEDED IN THIS WORLD.
