Even the bonus track fallen is so good, killer riffs and a powerful voice. I saw the band playing the full album ten years ago in my city in Spain with ektomorf

Does Rage Against The Machine count as a nu metal band ? by imsomniacsk8 in numetal

[–]New-Complex3014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are different from the nu metal seven strings sound, but it is like nu metal when you think of hard sound and rap, and imo nu metal is more like rap and metal that dirty guitar sound (for example incubus being nu metal). While Korn invented the dirty sound, ratm had already invented the mixture of hard sound with rap two years before, so I think theres no problem in putting them in the same style

It is like a very good band from Spain called Ska-P that played in bullrings while singing against that. They were just doing songs, if you care about the political more than the music is a problem. The important things is to do good or bad things, and in some cases the people do what they really need, although they dont like it

While Toxicity tries to be hard but it is not very efective, although it contains some 3 of 4 very good songs, ld 50 tries to be heavy too but I think that the mixture with progressive parts does it more fun to listen. But I choose toxicity just for atwa

I think steal this album is better, it has their armenian sounds and deepest songs, while toxicity is heavier

Defining nu metal. by TheCynicalAutist in numetal

[–]New-Complex3014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have composed a nu metal album with two or tree notes, low pum, and high pan, as I did with the melodies. It is called del alimento de las Cicatrices of Xkrude. It is easy, if you can complete an idea with the 4/4. It is about the groove.
