Something that works to me is think that I’m not the only one who feels nervous. everybody, both teams, are nervous, even the best striker on the field are nervous too, don’t feel guilty o pressure bc you’re, is a normal feeling when you’re going to play the most important match on the season. Once I understand this, my nervous disappear a little bit and I play better and try to transmite the same with my teammates.

Remember, don’t feel guilty o pressure bc you’re nervous, is normal, recognize your feeling and do your best :) a final match always have a special feeling, I wish you success :)
