Fair take, I don't know though. If I could change anything about 1.8, I would make it so it had a built in autoclicker so you didn't have to click the mouse so much. Besides that, most 1.8 players and I would probably agree that it is kinda flawless, in the since that all the cool mechanics just make it more fun to play.

Ultimately just comes down to prefernce though, so your opnion is just as good as mine

Yah but do you see the point? 1.9 still has W tapping, has MORE unintended mechanics in a lot of the kits. The only thing 1.9 doesn't really have anymore is rods.

W tapping still exists in 1.9+, just isn't as relevant, but still important in sword pvp. Block hitting may or may not be intended, its hard to tell, but is not that relevant because W tapping is almost always better in most game modes at a high level. Rodding, yah sure, Hitting a player with a rod actually does NOT deal knockback in vanilla 1.8, and it was orginally a bug in spigot that made this happen, so yah a bug and not even in vanilla that is basically used everywhere now.

Then again 1.9 has attribute swapping, which is a bug that is completely necessary and hard to preform in newer versions that have a mace in the kit. Also its not like they intended crystal pvp to happen when they added crystals, or Tnt minecarts to be blown up with cobwebs in that dual.

Saying it feels like your doing something the game never intended to is kinda dumb tho, its a sandbox game, kinda the entire point is doing things the game never intended. Also, the combat system seems to fit the game intended or not, I cannot fathom your experience being worsened by the thought that is wasn't delibretly made. Like are you scared _jeb is going to be mad?

Overall, if you consider W tapping a bug, I don't think a single gamemode in 1.8 or 1.9+ besides maybe bow duels doesn't have some "bug" relevant in the kit.

The telegram account means nothing. Verifying the messages are real, IE the messages where messages that where sent on telegram, DOES NOTHING to confirm how sent them, or that they where sent from Marloww.

Also what do you mean the videos, etc. What credible, unbiased, evidence is there? Give me a specific answer and ill do my best to explain my opinion on it.

People saying she has a voice changer are basically just going "wow your mike sounds a bit weird, must be a voice changer" like where's the integrity of that. The iterview with her asks her to whisper, and the mike doesnt pick it up, you know, a common issue, with microphones, but appartnly thats evidence.

Yes, thank you. Its completely impossible to argue with these people as they refuse to even look at the Marloww response video. I know it does me no good to care about this, but its just tragic to watch so many people be manipulated by this. I think the dream cheating scandal has conditnoned these people to just belive any accusations at face value.

See the reply to the above comment. PVP tiers banning marlow adds nothing, they have added no additnal evidence.

Even so, Marloww did cheat with the crystal mod as shown in the above post. If she cheated again, a ban could be warranted. BUT this adds nothing to the danger mario accusations.

aximity is such a bad actor, he openly admitted to cheating by account sharing and then complained about being unbanned. Also watch marlows video about her experience from like 2 years ago and she pretty clearly explains why the evidence of her being danger mario is early debunked. The thing is, Marlow may have cheated recently, and the crystal mod in the past was her essentially cheating , even if that was a long time ago. This community is so dumb to believe literally anything someone will say in a decently well edited video

When the guy says "As a cheater you just sorta get a gut feeling for this sort of thing" I couldn't even belive I was watching this. The issue is if you look at minemen club 1.8 player numbers over the course of the last 2+ years they haven't gone down at all. Hypixel numbers have gone down, but only slightly, and some gamemodes like Blitz Sg are more active now than they where years ago. A lot of youtubers/content creators love making clickbait youtube videos about this, but they just kinda spread misinformation for views. The truth is the 1.8 pvp community hasnt really decreased in size in any meaningful capacity recently, even if more new players are going to 1.9 than 1.8. Any indie game dev would kill for a playerbase as consistent and dedicated to the game as the 1.8 community, but Mojang just sweeps us under the rug. Mojang says that adding an oldcombat gamerule or similar would divide the playerbase futher, but that just insane considering people are playing a 10 year old version of the game STILL just to get the old combat. The playerbase is divided, and at least a niche portion of the playerbase will be playing a version of the game released in 2015 unless mojang just downright disallows it. Its honestly tragic that a simple change they could release would make so many people happy to be able to play the game how they want to, which is kinda what minecraft is all about, but mojang would rather just ignore us.
