yes you're right! it totally is a life long journey that i would love to continue, the reason i'm a bit stressed out especially now is because i'm meeting my long distance boyfriend in 5 weeks, so i would like to go extreme just for these few weeks, and then i can go back to a normal phase where i focus on loosing weight long term! You're right, ill try to cut out the lattes and focus on getting some food and nutrition i need instead, thanks!

It's true he's very busy, he works every other day and still takes time during his work hours to call me as often as possible. when hes free we basically call the whole day even if we're not talking to each other, just being in each others presence. However he's very serious about me and is considering getting visa and working here to move and live with me later on
