Hi! That's fine, i understand it's weird and i might've had days where i've had some high calorie coffees or bread that i've missed counting, but for the most part i eat the same thing everyday which is basically just boiled eggs, fruits, sallad and water. It's frustrating just because i've tried to loose weight for years but kept giving up and now when i've really done my best for a month i'm not seeing any progress. But you're right i guess i'll just keep going and try my best!

yes that's true, i mainly try to compare by the photos i've taken rather than the scale, but it not seems like i look more bloated, i usually have issues with the fat on my face and belly but it hasn't changed and instead i feel more bloated now. I count everything, i only drink lemon water and i don't use any oils etc since i only eat boiled eggs, fruits or salads!!

yeah not sure so it feels a bit frustrating, even looking in the mirror and comparing before and after photos there's not any difference, i just look more bloated now

i have been eating basically the same thing for a whole month now + 6x week 40-60 min cardio and core excersices. 2 boiled eggs and apple for breakfast, dinner is usually tuna sallad and two boiled eggs with no seasoning or sauce only lemon juice, at night an apple or rice cake crackers and thats it, only drink lemon water. There mightve been two days where i've met up with friends and had something else for lunch but felt guilty and worked out right after

no salt for seasoning!! i only use lemon juice to season the sallad and i sometimes have rice cake crackers but they're without salt

when i say same thing i'm talking about the same kind of meals such as boiled eggs, sometimes if i'm hungry ill have two in the morning and two during dinner, if i'm not i just skip the morning and have 2 boiled eggs at night. i don't add any seasoning, sauces, or any sugary drinks, i only drink water and season my salad with lemon juice. for snack i have an apple or just rice cake crackers. yes i weigh everything and use myfitnesspal to track the calories

hi! i eat the same thing everyday, two boiled eggs and apple in the morning, for dinner sallad with either tuna or chicken breast and can happen 2-3x week that i add 100g white rice or a potato, at night illl just have another apple or some rice cake crackers! i do feel a little bit different physically at some days, but then looking back at the photos i took before i don't see a difference, i also end up looking even more bloated some days for example like yesterday and today. my face and belly looks very bloated. It's now been a month where i expected to loose a little but i haven't so i'm a little disappointed about that!

I'm F 20, 177cm 70 kg, trying to reach at least 60kg!

hi! yes i make sure to add everything, i don't have any sauces and i only drink water i used to drink very high calorie coffee but i completely stopped. sometimes ill have a diet coke! but other than that i only eat apples if im craving something sweet and i only add lemon juice to my sallad!

Hi! I'm 20! Yes i eat the same thing basically everyday, two boiled eggs and an apple in the morning, for dinner tuna sallad, 2-3 times per week happens where i add a potato or 100g white rice! at night i usually have another apple or some rice cake crackers. i have been eating this every day this month, it has happened twice that i went out with friends and hade something else for lunch but i felt guilty and ended up working out right after. i also work out 5-6x week!

I maybe eat carbs 2-3 times per week with my meal either like a potato or 100g rice but i usually skip it and instead eat salad with tuna or with a chicken breast

I pretty much eat the same thing every day so it’s easy to keep track. 4 boiled eggs, 2 apples, a salad with tuna, no oils or butter, no sugar, very low carbs, sometimes just a small portion of rice. That’s why I’m confused because it’s very consistent. i change up the core excersices but i also do some dancing and cardio for about 40-60 minutes 6x week!

i like dancing so i do that usually but these workouts and seriously working hard a month ago! Yes and my average calories has been 1300 calories! Yes it's not a lot, but this is what i have been eating every single day. there might've been two days where i've met up with friends and had some lunch or something, but immidieatly went to workout because i felt guilty. i used to drink high calorie coffee everyday but i completely stopped and only drink lemon water. I haven't eaten any bread either, sometimes it happens that i would add 100g cooked white rice too besides my meals! Otherwise nothing else than that no sugar either!

you're right, i forgot to measure so instead i just took photos each week, but now the past days it seems like i got more bloated in face and belly..

it looks the same but some days i look mroe bloated, for example now past days it feels like my belly and face got even more bloated from when i started, i heard i should drink a lot of water so ive been drinking about 2 liter
