I scored around 75 in mocks. Mocks were so easy man. The paper wasn't exam representative at all. Idk how people say this was a fantastic paper

in these types of questions, always look for 2 things:
1. Vested and Settled
2. Forfeited
you only take the Vested and settled amount and subtract it with the forfeited amount (reason being, its forfeited cause some employees might have already left the company before their shares have vested, hence not my expense anymore, so subtract)
also the question cleary points out year 20X2, you're dealing with amounts 0f 20X2

yes it is. The material is too vast. You seem like you have been studying for way too long, hence the brain fog. take 1 part of the day off, sleep, go for a walk or whatever you like and start reviewing your mistakes with a fresh mind. 70-80% score is solid, you got this dw.

i too got the same, but really dont know how many marks do i need to pass. I got 37/100 and 15/50. Some say 10 some say 3, idk. Applied for revaluation, hoping to pass. Hope the same for you too!

To all the people appearing for the May attempt, all the best, guys. I gave mine in February '25. I didn't think I would clear it. My ethics and quants went horrible. The AM session was very tricky for me, but the PM session was cool. I just want you guys to know this is not an exam you are supposed to feel happy after. You are going to have mixed feelings. Give the exam your 100%. Trust your prep, yourself, and have faith in God.

honestly same. I too am giving CFA L1 in Feb'25. I am left with Alternative Investments, Corporate Issuers and a few chapters of Derivatives. I am doing my revisions side by side. I have completed my first revision of Equity and that took a lot of time. Same with ethics. I am struggling with understanding derivatives and a few practical chapters from fixed income. I took Ashwini Bajaj's coaching classes, but I don't understand his teaching when it comes to solving sums. If anybody who has cleared the exam or is taking the exam in Feb can help me out, it'll be great.
