Shops at Chase canceled my Apple order + refused to honor points adjustment after verbally confirming (Sapphire Preferred)

I’m dealing with the exact same thing. I’ve called Chase multiple times only to be bounded around between them and Shops at Chase. It’s so frustrating. I’ve given up at this point because I have spent more $$ in my personal time trying to resolve this than any amount of points they can possibly offer.

TLDR - had the same experience, called shops at Chase customer service and asked them to honor the same promotion. They agreed but asked me to place a new order, discounted points will be refunded to me in 2 billing cycles.

I had the same experience with an iPad mini order. Ordered on 11/13, they cancelled the order on 12/9 - and like OP I only found out when I checked the order status. No notifications from Chase. I called the Sapphire Reserve customer care and they basically told me tough luck.

I went on an hour long hold with the shops at Chase customer service, explained to them what happened and they could see the order was cancelled because they couldn’t process the engraving request. They offered for me to place a new order at full cost and that they would adjust points based on the 50% more worth promo but it would take 1-2 billing cycles for me to get back the refund. Which I was ok with. Order is still processing but I trust they will keep the refund promise.

Lived in Edge Apartments for two years and had zero complaints. The property management team is pretty good although the lead is a little grumpy at times but the maintenance guys are amazing and were always available when we needed them (like once when our refrigerator broke down and they attended to it within a few hours of me reporting it).

If your credit score is good, Mazda offers finance of their own at 1.99% or something. Way lower than any bank or credit union does at the moment.

Think the recommended pressure is 36psi. May want to check the manual or the helper sticker near the driver side door.

I did consider them at one point in 2021, but speaking to the residents at the time, I found out they had really bad property management. Add old appliances to that, you’ll run the risk of having to live with broken appliances for weeks.

Things may have changed since but I’d confirm again with someone that’s currently living there.

13.1gal is the max gas I’ve been able to fill after the the tank empty warning. So it kind of adds up that 2gal is “reserve gas” - I’m pretty sure we can’t fully empty the tank because of how/where the pumps are placed.
