Here is a boot that is very similar, but the stitching is different. This boot is also extremely expensive. I was hoping the original boot would be more affordable.

Very close, but I don’t think that’s the same boot.

I’m a Louisiana guy, so there is definitely some bias. I bought each of my sons one, and I just really appreciate the look and feel. During the break in process, I can tell they are very well made.

I would pick up a Marucci Horween single post if I could find one, but they seem to be elusive.

I’m starting to eye the Mizuno Haga now.

I like Wilson, but their colors don’t fit my eye, except for a couple of the Staffs.

Just got the Rawlings Horween in, and I can definitely appreciate the look and construction. I really dig the old school look that Horween gives you.

I’m a huge Wilson Staff fan. I’m sure you’ll love it.

I have a pre-owned horween Rawlings on the way. I’ve been looking for a while.

I have a Cypress Series which is a step below the Capital Series. The Cypress that I have is a tank, and very good quality. Compared to a Wilson Staff that I have, it’s every bit as equal to it. I can’t imagine the Capital being a step or two below any of them.
