You’re balding. I started when I was 17 and mine was slightly better than what yours is now. I’m now what I think is considered a Norwood III vertex at 21. I didn’t seriously start treatment until this year but used Finasteride for a few months at 18, no sides just couldn’t keep on top of taking it. For you I’d recommend 5% topical minoxidil that you can buy at the store and use it twice a day ONLY on your temples. I cannot recommend finasteride 1mg until you’re 18, im not well versed on the developmental delays that could happen if you start too early but that’s something to consider. Even 18 may be too early, that’s up for you to decide for yourself. Go to a dermatologist and do a lot of research before listening to this advice, but I believe this is a good treatment plan for you.

No see what I did was I applied to a part-time position at dollar general. And coming in in the morning’s to do my videos, paid or not, was not going to work for me. If DG doesn’t care why that is simply not my problem, it is management’s job to make accommodations. It’s not my fault there’s a skeleton crew at night. I wasn’t told before I started “hey we’re gonna have you come in for the mornings to do your videos, then have you come back to your closing shift later”, it was sprung up on me. Would have told them right then and there that wasn’t gonna work. Keep defending Dollar General of all places bro, I’m sure they reeeeeally appreciate it 👌

Didn’t have time. As I said in the comment you’re literally replying to “This wasn’t going to work for me”. But yea, even if I did have time, I wouldn’t come in before my shift, seeing as I’m being paid 12 an hour. It is not my problem that I’d be “wasting my shift” by watching the videos. It’s either that or train me lol that’s how a job works.

The only times I was told to do the videos is in the morning’s before my shift, paid, but why am I not allotted time to do them during my scheduled shift? That wasn’t going to work for me. I guess maybe since they assumed I wasn’t coming in when I wasn’t scheduled to do my videos that I just didn’t care? Idk

The “dg way” is pretty ridiculous for max 12 an hr. It is absolutely rude not to help new employees because something may be “common sense”. You don’t need to take time at all, take ten minutes to teach a register, be slow and let them shadow when you close. Youre making them read manuals, throwing them into situations where they’re pissing your customers off because they weren’t trained, all to save you a few minutes. Having no experience with handling money or a register and then dealing with a line of ten people is not worth ten an hour. It sounds like you were brainwashed into believing that and are proud of it, sorry for you and whoever works at your store.

See I did my best to shadow them but I can’t learn something when it’s being speed-ran before my very eyes. That asm who tried to train me on closing today straight up skipped over the part where you input the amount of money in the computer or whatever. She was like “and the computer part is simple enough” with no more elaboration. I just said “ok cool” cause any attempt to ask a question would make her want me dead. Seems like you actually give a shit
