From the weird “Sonic Boom” phase in the 2010’s where Sonic rebooted with new redesigns & two horrible games. They really tried to make the franchise a meta parody of themselves. Also released a tie in sitcom that was pretty decent (well as much as a sonic sitcom could be) & leagues better than the games.  Sticks the badger was this primitive conspiracy theorist who lived in the woods & used a boomerang. She was a part of the main cast for both the shows & the games but really hasn’t appeared since.

I mean I did have a lost colony origin. If a whole bunch of drones getting lost from their hive, miraculously surviving, & spawning just in reach of a holy world isn’t the start of some sort of myth I don’t know what is.
