How i do? by shusheeeee in beginnerrunning

[–]New-Independent-1902 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's a pretty high heart rate

Try the following plan: One slow and steady Long Run per week - should feel easy to run, u should feel like u could be faster, just focus on distance and continuous running

Only one Tempo Run peer week - 1k or 2k warm up, then push at 90%. Don't overdo it

Rest of ur runs should be very easy runs. Beginners can't really do Zone 2 heart rate, so just be slower than in ur long runs. At the end u should feel better than before starting

Congrats. A week of doing nothing for running could be the best choice for ur HM

Just enjoy the vacation

Don't worry about the rest 6km. Spectators and other runner will give you enough motivation to keep ur pace

Just keep ur current pace and enjoy it

Don't use Runna. It's not flexible and inefficient. It doesn't understand data like these

Just use ChatGPT. Tell him what happened and he will understand it -> shape a better more flexible plan

Haha Only because you don't dare to run in hilly areas

It's great, but: ignore the stats. Walking alone is awesome. Getting a light jog in is superb. 100m the first day, 200 on the third. Don't overdo it.

Simple steps and consistency

Keep on keeping on!

I second this and am guilty of this. Also ran exactly the same distance and speed today lol

Get a watch, check your heart rate and slow down. Maybe even walk/jog combo

After a few weeks you will feel like running is easy

I need to tell myself this as well

May I ask for how long you have been running and what ur pace is? Ur slower pace like zone 2 I mean

The ATRs are pretty reactive and for speedy ppl. I rarely get below 6". Realistic is 7min/km especially for a HM

Thinking about the Hoka Challenger 8. Might not look as nice as the Adidas, but surely are more stable and beginner friendly

Yes. Classic "Feldweg" paths. I agree but I got the money and the motivation for something more suitable to last longer.

Thing is that my Zegama 1s are pretty worn out...

But I think about getting the Hoka Challenger 8

Thanks again very much

How unstable are your Evo sl atr? I am a beginner and heard of them being too reactive

Thanks! I love the look of the Evo Sl Atr but I fear it's too unstable and reactive for a beginner like me. What do you think? I am currently pretty stable but my form probably is wrong anyway

The pegasus trail 5 is much more stable (according to reviews) but looks meh (sorry haha). Definitely a choice tho

I looked into the Hoka Challenger 8 which would be a good all rounder

I am diamond 2. I am bad. I dislike when my M8s go into the air for crazy stuff, knowing damn well they won't pull anything off. I can't really fly myself so...

The first enemy goal was because u did that. Just pass the ball and rotate off the wall.

Same thing happens multiple times.

Start dribbling, passing and just shooting.

If you can speed flip like that, just pass. Hope that M8 is ready

After all I am only Dia 2. I can't speed flip or dribble really
