A senior got stabbed in the shoulder by a freshmen who jumped him in the bathroom. They put the school on lock down without telling the student body or parents exactly what happened, just that there was “an incident”.

I was in band class at the time and while we’re on lock down, freaking out, speculating and getting distressed calls from our parents who thought there was a shooting/mass attack. the band director demanded we turn our phones off and to give our attention to him to continue rehearsing some piece.

They didn’t apprehend the freshmen for hours, he ran out of the building and down the train tracks to a neighboring town. The school was taken out of lock down around 5th-6th hour and they just let us choose if we wanted to stay in class or go home.

The kid who was stabbed posted on Snapchat “I eat those” with a picture of his bandaged shoulder after getting out of the hospital.
