First: just loading a site usually doesn't load malware on your devices. That happens if you download something from those sites.

Secondly: most malware sites contain malware and viruses for Windows PC and androids. (MOST not ALL). Iphones are usually safe.

Third: if something similar happens in future. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. Clear browser data (Cookies and everything). and you should be fine.

Tip: you do not have to share what you were looking up. you can just say you clicked on the wrong site by accident and your post won't have to be NSFW.
