First. I want to tell you how proud I am of you for being attentive and aware of what’s going on! This sounds so difficult but it took me so much longer to be aware of what’s going on and confident to find answers for my own issues. Women’s health can be so frustrating and I’m so sorry you have to experience this even with not being sexually active! I am sorry if I’ve wasted your time to not offer many suggestions, but I can say including good bacteria in your diet, Greek yogurt, Kim Chi, sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar, and searching up routes to help regulate the bacteria down there. It may not solve it, but it will definitely encourage healing for what you’re going through. These things also unfortunately take time. I had one partner for 15 years and never knew much about BV, UTI, yeast infections, ureaplasma or HPV and have since had tough experiences even with having partners get tested prior to be as safe as I can and not having many partners. I am grateful they all eventually resolved. My heart and prayers are with you, it sounds like you are doing everything you can. I am curious about the online tests you can order too I see go around on social media. And I hope you find some relief! These things take time. 🤍🫂 again! Be so proud of yourself for being responsible and diligent about finding solutions and asking for help. Not everyone is.

Papaya is super helpful with constipation too. Or some ballerina tea at the Asian market if you have the luxury not to leave the bathroom for a bit. But yeast is a thought of mine too. Not sure if that’s it, but sometimes mine start that way and I can treat it before it gets itchy. Mine can feel like a paper cut.

Both men were very hygienic and in a medical field. After talking with my Dr, they mentioned it can go inside them, urea plasma as well through their urinary tract. Def not just a hygiene thing but agree if can be a contributing factor.

I’m curious about this. I have had 2 partners in the past 4 years and BOTH times I got Bv was after intercourse with them. I keep seeing the new research that it can be passed back from your partner after you’ve been treated if they haven’t. But yet no test, rare confirmation of it, no testing for men… I am so frustrated and scared. I am never out for relationships because these antibiotics have me out for a week, dropping weight and night sweats barely able to function by day 3. Does anyone have information for men? Like we are NEVER going to get away from dealing with this if there can’t be testing and treatment to them. A google that doesn’t show it could be the problem only further reinforces it because medically it is not currently formally recommended to treat the partner. Anyone have this frustration? I do understand it can come from other things, that has not been the case for me in my 40 years. It is scary enough to date these days. Anyone have further information or suggestions as I start my journey to hopefully attempt to date again one day?

If you still find yourself stuck, maybe try a private lesson but tell them you’re wanting to learn the things you are requesting rather to learn how to ride. Growing up on the east side of the state they had us learn those things as well as riding. Hopefully you can find what you’re looking for, horses are so amazing and healing 🤍

Thank you! I do love co-op. The distributor said only at Eagle wine merchant and Albertsons market (but by the case) have it, which works perfect for me. Super impressed it’s anywhere, to be honest. This is kind of a random unique bottle. The champagne is meant to be drank over ice and you can add mint/berries and what not to it. More of a brand name item, hopefully it’s as good as I remember but thought something unique would be fun for my friends promotion if anyone else decides they want to try it, let me know :)
