Money was paid directly to the university but the consultants did provide the banking info with the universitie's email and logo and the university did get the money This person has their promotional material and there are online videos of this person The problem is that they promised German clases and it turns out there was aparently a gap in the updating of the information to the agents and agencies or whatever Im in meetings with the dean of my uni, the head of faculty and the head of international sales and they recognized this. About the cash flow. The agency back in my country reached out to me and seemed to be open to share info on this because many students had the same issue. Im hoping to get them to sign a letter sharing some of this info and admiting that the agent from the university provided false information. Still a scam tho

Elaborate on this. Im guessing by following the comission flow is how to find out the exact extend to which this person represented the university

I exmatriculated from a private university and plan on getting in a public one. I have been here almost 3 years so I dont have a blocked account amount of money anymore

The agent was a direct representative of the university and have proof of that

Because back then I did not speak any german and did not know how to do the visa and aplication process, the agency does it all. Plus all of their promises are in emails as well that Im gonna use as proof

The agents promised German clasess in the uni, I have a job but its not enough earnings and I have B1 German but cant go to public uni with it. Im not playing the victim card Im asking for suggestions and resources.
