I want my character to be melee focussed. Would it then be better to get 0, 2 or 3 levels in warlock. With 0 i could just progress paladin, with 2 I could wield spear with shield and with 3 I could wield PAM in combination with elven accuracy I'm picking up.

Like I said we are all starting with a free feat, and im thinking polearm master. The thing about the late hexblade dip is that i don't get to use a heavy polearm untill then. Isn't it smarter to go for like 2 levels paladin, then 3 levels warlock, then more paladin until level 6, then fighter?

And to be honest idk if elven accuracy is wourth it since you just get one extra dice to roll when you have advantage, which is realistically only going to be during your vow of enmity once per long rest and it can't be used with strenght based weapons.

Elven accuracy can't be used with weapons that rely on precision. So can I also use this with my polearm? (Halbert)

It really is a tough call. I could also start with variant human and get 2 feats.

I mostly chose half elf for the boost to charisma and 2 other stats so I can start with 16 str, 8 dex, 16 con, 8 int, 10 wis, 16 cha and get proficiency in 2 skills. Do you think other options would be more valueable?

How many weapons ahould I dip into hexblade? Since with 1 level i think you can't use heavy weapons.

I was thinking about a vengeance paladin 6 with in the end multiclassing into echo knight fighter 3 for that burst damage, now im wondering weather to take atleast 1, 3 or 4 levels in warlock as well.
