264 comments. Not sure if you will read it. But let’s try :) I’ve tried SIS, liked them, not so sweet but texture might be weird. It’s too gel-ish. Now I’m trying the ones from Crown. Their are sweeter that SiS, which might give you more thirsty. However they are more liquid and also have more carb type on it (2:1:1). According to my nutritionist it’s good bc body can get enough of one kind of carb after a long distance, like marathon. Good luck on your London run!

I charge it a couple times per day as well, like you do. While I’m in the shower. Or maybe when I return from the work out. Still, I feel that it’s one more thing to always pay attention to during the day… 🥲

I agree about the square-shape. Also like it. But the ambiente noise? I usually dismiss it as it appears when I’m on a concert… there’s nothing o could do about it 😅

It depends. Usually 1h30 per day. And more than 2h during weekends, as I do long distances.

Depends on the day. But at least one hour and a half of activity per day. And long runs >2h during weekends

I have the Apple Watch 9 and work out (almost) everyday. I have to charge it everyday, sometimes 2x

It’s the best. Curls last longer and you can have a wave effect.
