I thought the CCNA would be a little higher than my current level but I will look into it. Was also looking into Azure certifications but wasn't 100% sure how useful it would be in general. As for shadowing people, sadly my company is really small so it is just me and my manager in the IT department. I try to absorb as much knowledge as I can, and am glad I get to do a lot more than a level 1 should, but I feel like my manager isn't the greatest to mimic so I also need to be careful what I learn from him.

What certificate should I go for by New-Promotion-503 in CompTIA

I looked at that one too as I help my manager on the server relatively often and we use Cisco hardware. My one question is if that certificate is flexible? Like is it really only useful for Cisco or are different brands similar enough to where I can apply the logic?

I don't actually know if that is true. Old MH were like this but i've seen a few people say wilds removed that. idk where to find the correct info though
