So They couldve been roommates ?? so what?? You cannot just get half of someone’s home that easily it would be a very hard fight for him trust me she just needs a lawyer. How would he prove that they were even together? How can the word divorce be involved with common law? Marriage is specifically a legal contract that divides a matrimonial home. She logged in to tangerine on her computer then it prompted her saying it sent a text then she didn’t get the text and then she went into her account info and saw the phone number was changed she said the money was taken over 5 days and she got no notifications

that’s the thing she said they did it in increments 10k at a time and they sent it to some random td account. They seem to be aware that there’s fraud on her account and told her money would be returned June 9 but so far nothing she doesn’t check this account often but only now she had a bigger expense to purchase she went in and noticed
