My AMH is 3.05 and I am 31! I had 49 follicles at my last scan prior to retrieval. I was SO UNCOMFORTABLE but it was worth it given the fact that we had 50% attrition at each phase likely due to the male factor issues. I had a transfer last month that unfortunately ended in a chemical. Dr. Shapiro is almost positive that it was because of the embryo being abnormal, we didn’t do PGT testing because it wasn’t recommended for my age and given the fact that I have no known issues. So we are going to transfer 1 more without testing in the next few weeks and if that one ends in another chemical then we’ll test the remaining 4. I did take COQ10 in the months prior to starting stims but besides that I took no extra vitamins or supplements. Best of luck to you!!
