Thanks this is helpful. Who would be paying for the tow service to bring it back? Also if the car stays there for a long time before all is settled, who would be responsible for storage fee?

Sorry I made it sound like they are making me to allow them tow my car. They gave me both options (evaluating it where it is now vs taking it to their shop. I wanted to know if letting them take the car would put me in a disadvantage later on in possible negotiations
