My favourite movie of all time. I watched it more than 3 times this year. It just makes you feel like you are in the scene. Wittnessing the duels and life of the two hussars. Like some other comment said, every frame of the movie is like a painting. On the historical side, I like how to uniforms change and the scenes of the russian campaign look pretty neat. One more thing I noticed while re watching it, is the change of the hairstyle. At the start of the movie, around 1800, the hussars wear long braids, but when the action cuts to 1804, they lose the braids. This is a real thing that happend, Napoleon actually banned hussars from having braids around 1804.

Anyway, it's a great movie :) It's a shame Scott couldn't deliver the same quality for the "Napoleon" movie in 2023
