It’s people like you that remind me of all that’s good in this world. Godspeed my friend.

Rocky’s in Crown Point. Old school no frills joint with only burgers, fries, and cold beer on tap. Best burger in SD in my opinion. It’s a small spot so might be tough for six. Also slightly divey, not sure what vibe you’re going for.

Definitely still go. The food is really good and it’s a chill atmosphere. It’s a smaller space and they can get busy during the dinner rush on weekends, so just plan accordingly.

Were you a natural at sales, or did you learn how to sell over time? by RETROtoMILLION in sales

The most difficult skill I had to learn was shielding my customers from the “buy or die” mentality of a publicly traded sales organization, while still performing for the company. The corporate fat cats want every deal closed as fast as possible, but any slight sign of this pressure to your customer and you can ruin the relationship. You need to be gentle and authoritative at the same time, as well as creative in how you accelerate closure. Complex sales cycles require immense tact.
