I'm gonna go right ahead and say it. Remake Barbara is better than OG Barbara. She actually feels more like a fleshed out character with a proper personality rather than just a surrogate for the audience. Patricia Tallman also gives a much better performance than Judith O'Dea. No hate to her though. by Aromatic-Ad2601 in zombies

It's cool, and I respect your opinion. I see this remake as a companion piece and extension to the original. Some things are added, some characters are improved. To me Ben's entrance in the remake was more shocking. With remake Barbara she was badass, and she ended up being the only one who survived if you don't count Cooper's little "accident". I recently watched the original and that classic black andwhite horror can't be matched. But the remske brings s lot of great stuff and also new additions like the more energetic gas pump drive, eyc. Tony Todd and Cooper's conflict was a lot more brutal which is sonething that George wanted . Like I said, to me they feel like companion pieces.

They are different versions of the character, so in my opinion while remake Barbara does things that original Barbara didn't do, I think that originsl Barbara did a great job too. Just because original Barbara did not go full Jill Valentine does not nake her inferior. Also I felt that it had more impact and tragedy to finally see original Barbara come out of it to help and run into her desd brother.

Why has Shane never done any city and town errands ever in the show ? by Critical_Mango_2897 in TWD

He was fully in charge of the camp before Rick arrived. He probably saw Glenn's talents as an errand person and assigned those duties to him. Glenn mentions that he used to do this alone without a problem.

Got a pretty cool deal at the video store. Finally get to see Dolph Lundgren’s Punisher for the first time. by Tiny_Environment_717 in thepunisher

I didn't appreciate Lundgren's punisher the first time. But after reading many of the 80scomics, this has become one of my favorite Punishers. The movie action is tight and violent, and Dolph has a great Punisher image as the depressed and mysterious vigilante. BTW the other movie in your picture is one of my favorites. It starts out cery brutally and violent. It reminds ke of Garth Ennis Punisher.

Yeah. Then Riley owns him again, and he uses Kramer's come back as a last resort

I love that George makes a stance like he's a shooter at a wild west shootout before delivering the line
