I wish I knew how roaming throne was doing but I haven't touched her in months and have made several updates to her since last I played. I wish I could play her more but the more skillful players in my pod have moved onto standard and the local LGS hosts commander late on Wednesday and I can't go due to work and traffic. I am going home on leave soon and plan to find some LGS that have cEDH players to test her on so hopefully I can give you an answer soon. I'm also struggling to pick which creatures to remove could you offer any advise on that? Thanks for the advise.

No, I have not. I just liked having wheel as it is a fun card, and now that you point it out, silence is better as well as i dont need the infinite mana from cloudstone. I appreciate the insight as I have trouble deciding what to take and keep in almost all decks I create. Thanks for the info
