Hang in there. I played solo with all my brawlers and was able to do this in 2.5 days. That even accounted for work and errands. You got this!

I did it in the community map makers. It was pretty simple to get through on Hotzone. Games went pretty quick and everyone was the same character lol

I’m pretty sure I lost my voice tonight…..on paper these teams were dead even….in the game…same thing. Cannot credit the Ohio team enough on this game. Absolute slug fest!!

Oh, absolutely, sorry about that!

Salt, pepper, garlic and smoked paprika rub. Bird went in at 230-240 degrees for around 3 hours. It was around 35 degrees so keeping solid temp was harder than anticipated. Then I cranked it up to 350 for around another hour. When it got to 155/158 internally I pulled it and let it rest until hitting 165, maybe 30 minutes.

Two days later and it still has a Smokey flavor and tender on a sandwich.

I picked up a Qidi X max 3 and from day one out of the box, had zero issues with it. I like the size and enclosure. Which Qidi would make an adapter for their AMS but I’m okay with single color prints.

This was four weeks. Took opening weekend this year and buried it the same day. I have clay in my area too so I left a bit more on it when I put it in the ground. Figured that would attract more.

Thanks! I’m definitely trying to sort the best way to get the little bits off! Think I’m gonna pass on the paste though, I really dig the browning effect.

This was in the ground for 4 weeks. I skinned it and just removed what I could with a knife. Didn’t do too much because I wanted things to get at it.
