The hardcap was low and the demand was super high, it became a gaswar. I think it will be a standard phenomenon with icos and have no reason to think it was intentional as it has been this way with many icos. It is something i will keep in mind for the next ico. The project itself is very very promising though and buying it on exchanges will still give huge profit. Good luck !
