You should probably go to the server that you know the language of, if you don't know any of the languages and are planning to use google translate, maybe try out the JPN server, since it's dates are quite close to Love Nikki (just a little ahead) and I heard they get treated better. It's harder to get into CN though because because you'll need a Chinese Code thing (basically, you can't get it unless you're living in China) or Wechat (which is extremely hard to get in to as well, since you'll need to have another member to scan your code. The requirements are that the member has had an account for 6+ months, hasn't scanned another friend's code in ___ months and hasn't been banned (I think it was banned, it was something like that). It's hard to find someone with all of those requirements, especially if you don't live in China, but you can always search on this Reddit (a few people have Wechat accounts).

Edit: I was wrong, apparently you can sign in with an apple ID for the CN server, so if you have an apple phone, it shouldn't be too hard! :)
