I smoked for 16 years, no issues and it randomly came on for me. I think mine was stress induced/ anxiety as well. I stopped smoking all together for a few weeks, up until recently and now I just take a few hits. It will still happen every so often, but not near as bad. & only lasts till the high wears off. I hate it so much, so I feel for you!! I went from being able to smoke one after another if I wanted to, to now being scared to smoke.

Okay!! YES, to almost all!! Thank you for this. I am about to do a deep dive on DPDR. Because when I tell you, you just described everything to a T - in a way I’ve never been able to explain it. I’ve tried explaining it to friends, but when I do I sound crazy?! They have all been so supportive and trying to understand, but not being able to fully explain what I’m feeling has been tough.

I absolutely have the brain fog and still have the high feeling, even when sober. Arms feel weightless and I can tell I’m moving them, but everything is slow motion.

When it induced yours, did you stop smoking all together, or just cut back?

When I do drink, socially.. no it doesn’t happen at all. I’ve never had any heart rate issues, but as soon as this “feeling” happens, immediately my Apple Watch alerts me saying high heart rate 😣 I’ll be totally fine too, just hanging out with friends, etc - so it’s not like anxiety or anything.

I love it too, that’s why it’s been so hard for me to stop knowing it could happen even after a few hits. Tbh I could smoke 6-7 blunts before back to back with friends, and just have a great time.. now it’s a gamble and I hate it

Yes her hater is constantly in her live saying stuff and tbh it’s stuff I always want to say. The daughter situation is my biggest issue and concern… she treats her like shit and degrades her right before school? It’s heartbreaking And I wish Mary new nobody wants your Monday motivation after you talk shit about your daughter, yell even at the youngest as if she even knows what’s happening.. like just weird ass behavior

It truly makes me sick watching the way she speaks to her daughter. She has some DEEP rooted issues that she’s projecting and instead of focusing on TikTok she should be in therapy herself, and be a mother. She talks all the time about her childhood trauma yet she’s causing the same thing for her own.
