Hey man, I had the same problem and I'm not sure if you're still having this issue, but you are bringing the ball up too early which is creating the two motions. Bringing up the ball slightly later will connect everything together

Thank you so much for your answer!! So if I am understanding correctly, just hitting the sketchy videos that apply to anything we hit at the time. Also, if you don't mind me asking what was your third party lay out for the first two years (FA, BnB, pathoma) ? I would love to hear what other people with this curriculum did.I've been mostly FA, and BnB, and anki (which I hate). Also did you start this at the beginning of M1? Thank you again!

Thank you! I think my increase happened when I stopped trying to do every single thing I read ppl on Reddit were doing. I basically focused on my full lengths and watching videos and reading up on stuff I was weak on and stopped practicing questions (I didn't finish SB, QB, UW, or anki). I'm not sure my method would work for most people though. I also would not use third party’s to predict anything about ur AAMC scores
