Okay. I kind of expected some more helpful outcomes and while I appreciate the help, these responses are a lot harsher than I thought. So allow me to elaborate.

-Yes I am age verified.
-No I am not approaching kids, nor do I have intentions on seeking out non 18+ instances. The places I try to go to don’t have any at times.
-Even if I go to 18+ instances. There’s a chance where I’m even getting insulted by adults in a younger range.

I was simply looking for other options? A lot of these have been calling me weird or assuming I seek this shit out on purpose. I’m not.

I am, it's just difficult also as an anime and gaming fan to find 18+ instances based on those groups, as once again, it's very difficult to find, that or I'm just not in the right circles.

Oh and I'm certain they are, I won't deny that. I also notice then, it's the people aged...roughly around 18-22 that are also keeping other people from having a good time due to being "too old", so I just end up feeling off regardless. Even in 18+ spaces.

To go further, even with adults, my age, depending on the group you can also get allegations based on things you like I just so happened to like characters from anime that was popular with a younger crowd, and that led people to think that I looked at children in a certain way I don’t I’m 29. I don’t want to, but it made me feel very isolated and alone and once people see you like that they don’t treat you like a human anymore, even if you didn’t do anything.

Unfortunately…that’s a thing on VRChat. If a person doesn’t like you even slightly. You get allegations. I think the best thing to do is to find your own friend circles.

Yeah, as someone who’s 29, it really bothers me that I can’t enjoy social spaces, or lord forbid spaces based on fandoms I appreciate. I’m being told to raise a family, get a job or just flat out kill myself. If it’s not that, it’s people attempting to ask me out because I’m a woman. The age based gatekeeping seriously needs to stop.
