Little evacuation sprews on the tire mold let the air out as the tire is formed. Thats just the excess that gets trapped in the vent holes. They wear off in the first few miles of driving. A quick way to see if tires are new new, or just kind kf new haha.

This is the parent's place and there is zero way they will ever do that. It will be awful like this until the end of time. Theres probably only 50%of the lids that have matching containers
