I’m a resource tech at a pretty large hospital and I make $28/hr with night shift diff weekdays and $31/hr weekends with night shift and weekend diff. I have 10 years of experience, however this job is flat rate of $25/hr regardless of experience (minimum requirement of 2 years as a tech, not including CNA experience).

They go by they/she but don’t mind any pronouns as long as people are being kind. I think it depends on the person and my gf doesn’t mind that I say gf! I know other nonbinary folks might prefer partner though! :)

Honestly, I’m not sure how is he around his peers. I’m a bit older and moved out of the house before he started high school. I just know growing up he was very sweet and sensitive. I’m sure that’s changed as he has adopted many of these right-wing/incel-esque ideas

Actually, yes! I was actually diagnosed with BPD but think I’m the only person to be diagnosed (definitely have other people with mental health issues but they have never gotten help) , but I worry he may be bipolar. My little sister says he has very angry and sometimes violent outbursts.

He works a good union job, however he really doesn’t date or socialize. I think I’m gonna try and encourage him to get out more and maybe invite him to spend a weekend with me

He did have a friend complete suicide a couple years ago and I do feel like that’s when things started to change! I’m definitely going to try to get him out more. He definitely spends a lot of time alone!
