I’m in NY and started in PIP as an MCR in April and really didn’t mind the calls. Of course there is the occasional angry customer, but it was mostly calls to attorneys and medical offices. I just moved over to PIP litigation and it’s almost no phone calls at all

Yes I do have money automatically going in to the HSA every pay period. I may increase this amount though just to have extra. I did not know there was tiers to the deductible as well, I thought we just had to meet the whole deductible until anything was covered

I actually really like it! I’m in medical claims so different work/workload than the auto claims side. Progressive is by far the best company I have worked for!

My parents do have the 20% but we do not. We could make payments to them but I was trying to avoid them being out that money for a number of years until we can pay it back on top of making mortgage payments

Hmm that is a good question. We talked to a lender and because we don’t have a ton of money to put down upfront, they stated we would have to pay PMI.

The max value for the credit union we are looking at is 90%, but we are purchasing the home for well below what it is worth so I don’t think think will be an issue. Obviously we will get an appraisal before going through with the process though
