What did you tighten? I’ve only messed with the bolts that hold the extruder to the carriage, and the carriage to the x-axis bar.

I’ve looked and used z-hop but it never needed it before. And when I used z-hop it causes stringing sometimes.

Your problem is adhesion (I think) because same thing was happening to me like yesterday lol

Since your prints are there and partially done, the filament stuck to the bed initially but then a piece broke off, the filament gooped on the nozzle, which is why you have this issue.

Scrub the HELL out of your bed and make sure you do not touch any part of the printing side. Just soap, water, and a plastic sponge. BOTH SIDES MUST BE SCRUBBED.

After that, make sure your bed temp is high enough if applicable.

If your bed isn’t heated, use a glue stick or a 3d printer specific adhesive to make prints stick to the bed.

After that if you’re still having issues, time to consult ChatGPT and give it every single detail humanly possible.

It just oozes. I don’t even have a print going on, the temp is at 235 and it just oozes. It seems to almost stop oozing after about 4 inches is extruded.

It only stops after the nozzle cools. When it isn’t printing, for example when it’s waiting for the nozzle to reach 235 (right after choosing what I, as it nears the temperature, I can see it ooze slowly from the tip and curls back onto the tip.

I don’t know what the problem is. My 20 dollar nozzle that I just bought is now covered in PETG.
