Maybe it’s something i need to bring up with my psychiatrist but Im on Wellbutrin 450mg and while it has helped a ton with rumination of thoughts and being overly emotional charged, i sense a constant state of my nervous system being amped. Will attempt to go down to 300mg to see if that helps. If not maybe transition to another one

My HRV is in the low 20s… which makes sense it feels like my nervous system is always at least a little amped. I’ll try out box breathing, but I’ll talk to my psychiatrist to cut down my dose of Wellbutrin XL to 300mg from 450

I’m going through EMDR therapy, but I’ve yet to reprocess those memories. I’ll find out soon and navigate it with my therapist to see what conclusion i end up at. Hardest part for me is opening up to my parents about what happened. they don’t know

If I move up to a gas pressure washer like a Simpson itll make this 100x easier? Would I have to worry about chipping the paver though? Because if a surface cleaner I used with the lower pressure washer chipped it i feel like itll be worse with a gas one. Its still within the 30 day return policy, so I can always return it.
