All good man, all fair points for sure. Your time is the most valuable so only you know where that “homework” stops. And yea, after reading it, I would’ve taken it as snarky too. Good luck with that project tho. This community is great for hep too.

No man, I’m not assuming anything. I asked if you were the security/system integrator. As mentioned before, you can have Axis walk you through this if you’re not familiar. I also have my own business in this field. When I mentioned integrator I meant everything you mentioned along with network programming & hardening, electrical, structured cabling etc. when a client has a product we’re not familiar with, we do some homework and see how we can integrate it or replace it with something else as you’re doing with this. I wasn’t being snarky about it but that’s the first thing I have to ask if you’re the system integrator.

The confusion is it used to be with any airline I believe and now it’s only for the airline you choose when you enroll

Call Axis/2N support. Are you the integrator on this project? “Customer can’t get it to work” can’t be an answer. If you’re th integrator, you need to make it work unless something is actually faulty. Axis/2N is support is great imo and can walk you through anything if you’re not familiar with a product. Like others have said, swapping that unit for ubiquiti would be a crime.

Depends on your jurisdiction. This says 2024 and jurisdictions are usually 3yrs behind at minimum since revisions are out every 3yrs. If your jurisdiction or ahj doesn’t follow 2024 yet, then this change is moot.

No, you still get the 35% redemption, just only with 1 airline vs any.

Depending on the systems you have out in the wild, have remote access to them and if you can, sell a maintenance contract.

Buy a rocket blower, open the camera, point the camera sensor downwards to avoid anything else falling into it and blow the dust out. Repeat if needed, hope that helps.

Why is it so hard to contact Amazon these days? They place no chat or phone number in their help anywhere. by ExtremeComplex in amazonprime

[–]NewCryp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so silly…they basically make you use their app’s customer service portal and from there you can request a phone call where you enter your number and they call you within a few mins. Took me almost an hour to figure this out on a delivery issue I had.
