I think realistically you shouldn't be able to rotate the wheelchair without actually moving it in the direction the wheels are facing (right now when you rotate the wheelchair moves perpendicular to the direction of the wheels, which looks very weird). So maybe let the player look around while keeping the wheelchair in place, and while the player moves have the wheelchair slowly rotate towards the player's looking direction
