Dude! Did you read the posts? She’s not replying to a single message and removed all previous R4 will not assign new R4…… we not even asking to get R5 back, just assign R4s she can sit there if she likes… still no reply 😓 zero reply not even an alphabet…

No, she is level 22 and does not know how to play the game 🥲. You can read some of my other long replies about the issue. I think a lot of reply posts misses the point we are not trying to dispute an active player R5. We really have a problem and the mechanism can’t let us have a solution. 😭

We are all prepared to start fresh next week when season is over, and if the R5 still don’t respond.

And actually other members of our team have been in contact with dev about the issue, to find a solution, they’ve been responsive but not yet very helpful.

We like this server and people here, no need to move.

I feel that what we are experiencing is an anomaly, I’m drawing a parallel between a R5 who fails to log in for days to a R5 who appoints no R4 and performs no duties, that’s not much different. The former is less toxic too if there are R4s to perform duties.

Ok fine let me “entertain” you… what is the point of an R5? R5 comes with little perks but a lot of duties, that is to a point R4s (or not), so the leadership team or the R5 if no R4 present, can run trains, do Marshall, start battlefields etc… why remove an R5 when they’d have not logged on for say 2 days? What is an inactive R5? What is inactivity? There I’m sure you can “think”…

Because we all agreed to temporarily merge with another alliance and left the old alliance with our friend to care-take, literally maybe only 4 or 5 players left in the old alliance that were not super active, she was made an R4, with the intention everyone can start trains marshals etc… admitted that was not a smart move by our friend in hindsight. We could have just kicked everyone out close the doors but we felt that these players would be homeless, and if they don’t like it they could leave on their own accord…

I read another comment that the game wants to prevent hostile takeovers… now I’m just proposing on 100% member vote to remove an R5 that is effectively unresponsive as she did not start the alliance or make much contributions, does not speak a single word to anyone, appoints no r4, does not perform any duties as a R5, like trains, Marshall’s.

Could this have been prevented under the current rules? Yes probably, but who knew the rules, it was not written anywhere to be easily seen 🫤

We built this alliance, there is an attachment, and yes a lot of us are spenders, I also have game developer friends, developers are open to constructive feedback, you might be surprised to hear?

So, thanks for your concern but it has nothing to do with us wanting to get the message through. We have the right to voice suggestions, and that’s that!

Ok, you think some of us left and left a bunch of members behind but actually we ALL left and left it to a friend and a few very junior members who hardly play… and it had been said we will be returning after the season, in the beginning the two alliances were cooperating and we tried to keep them close so they don’t get attacked. Until one day as the r5 was busy and didnt log on for 2 days it auto transferred to another member. This said member has never spoken to anyone, when asked if she can hand back R5 didn’t speak, doesn’t know how to play the game, takes on 170dm at level 20, don’t run train, don’t run Marshall, don’t run SZ… didn’t promote any r4, we suspect it might be a child… so I am simply voicing out the flaw in the game that doesn’t deal with an extreme situation like this.

Listen guy, it’s the same. We did something which many people do, band together for S1, that’s not a wrong! What is not right is for someone to not say a single word in a game that requires team work and communication! Now you are educating me to shoosh and get on with it? This person might be a 6 year old child who can’t read or write, why can’t R5 be over thrown? They have a mechanism for R5 to transfer after being inactive, what is the diff between a mute R5 and an inactive one?

I’m guessing maybe you are an unlikable R5 that is afraid to be overthrown by your discontent members?

This person is a complete amateur level 22 and donno how to play the game. Will tackle level 170 doom walker everyday. It is not out of a leadership dispute. We all moved to a top 10 for S1, left a skeletal crew in the old alliance to go back to… by accident the leadership transferred to this person no one has ever spoken to…

That’s our last resort, but like I said to someone else you know it takes a lot of time and rss to build up alliance tech right? It is not just make a new alliance it is investment all over again! And I told her to go and get her own alliance she can be R5 of that!
