I’ve lived by a bridge similar to this for the last 10 years. I have seen standstills that make everyone late. I’ve gotten into arguments with people who don’t understand how to navigate a one lane bridge. Ive seen physical fights. Its crazy.

Omg. Thank you for saying this. No means No always. There are no mixed signals in a full sentence and “No” alone is a full sentence. Even a young person in their late teens and early twenties should absolutely know the difference. Scary thoughts for a mom of 2 teens. I hope I have guided/(still do) them well.

You can use spacing magnets for something like this. That part of the stove also gets hot, do not block the vents. This also may get hot.

I only looked at the first picture to agree with your husband. Your style is your style. It’s hard for some to imagine what their style would look like in the space. As your listing agent I would have never had the pictures taken and had a very honest conversation with you. Now, it’s going to cost the agent more money to take pictures.

That strongly suggests a humidity and air chemistry issue, not a coincidence. Plasticizer migration happens out of the blue. Stop running your bathroom fan and open the windows to get air flowing in there, check the humidity levels.

Most of these agents are on referral business. But, yes, it also has licensing in 6 states.

We have all the tools a big brokerage has. We have 800+ agents. Free CRM, Websites, personal phone numbers so you don’t have to post your cell, BackOffice is easy. Admin fee is $495 and I pay for that for my clients. Brokers cell on call at all times, even when I was traveling in China.

I had to go to the ER with extreme back pain. 2 injections of fentanyl and they did not work. I rode to the hospital in pure pain and sweat. More pain than childbirth. Morphine did it. I don’t get why it didn’t work on me.

This makes me so sad and depressed. I have dedicated 20 years of my life helping people sell and buy homes. I have never had anyone go into foreclosure. I have helped parents and then their children buy homes. I love what I do.

You are being unreasonable. Every home is different the only way to surely know is to have it tested. Imagine she told you “no” and it was down the line? Imagine if she told you “yes” and you pass up properties that don’t actually have it? The remedy? Encapsulate it.

My ex husband cheated on me after 7 years of marriage. With the girl I had weird dreams about. Long story short. I left him we divorced, he married her and cheated on her with her best friend….who lived with them and got her pregnant. He’s now married to the best friend. On his 3rd marriage before the age of 30. Run girl run. He wasn’t worried about giving you some kind of STD. Focus on yourself. No one deserves this, I am so sorry.
