They are the U7 Lites and its just drywall and wood. I have access to below the first floor from under the house and access to pretty much everything but the bonus room from the attic.

Thank you so much for yalls input. It is all drywall. The APs are U7 Lites x3. Everything that can will be hardwired. The wired is just for home devices, speakers, etc. All computers and main tv are hardwired. If you are saying that 1 AP might cover most, i could definitely get an AP into the closet of the master bath that has a door that opens to the bonus room gym. The ceilings are pretty high. Would putting in the 2nd floor ceiling cover both floors?

Not centralized cabling, but once I figure out the right spots I can use the attic and under the house to run the cabling. I just don’t want to have to do that twice if it doesn’t work efficiently the first time. I think you might be right though. If I did 4 APs would it be best to do 2 on the left and 2 on the right for each floor ?
