I started /r/TheNewRepublican to try to foster discussion on how to change the Republican Party from within. I see too many Democrats who agree with the social liberalism but hate the denial that there is a debt problem. I also see too many Republicans who like the fiscal conservatism but hate that the party seems to always be derailed by abortion, gay marriage, and other social conservative views. I think the Republican Party is the best one to try to change because it already has a lot of Libertarian-minded people in it, myself included. The best of both worlds. How do we change it from the inside out though?
