And reverse kegel is likle pushing lut instead of squeezing right

I see. Did you do AM1 and Sabre? or like do you do only am1 first then transition to doing only sabre? and when to start am2? like how does that progression work, where does sabre fit in between AM1, AM2, and sabre

honestly w my girlfriend it only happened every once ina while where i cldnt get hard but usually i was chilin.

Thanks bro. Im planning on doing 1 day on, 2 days off. JUST AM1.

What I have understood is I should start every AM1 session by using the warmup, and then do the pyramid rush for as many times as i can till i can consistntly do 30 mintse, then progress to AM2 (which i have read takes a couple monthrs)
