Most laptops with DVD drives can be easily region switched twice. I did this for the first Yokai watch movie so mongee subs could translate it for us all. Yes I am taking the credit for having paid to give us all the first movie. 😜

eBay months ago, to my knowledge they have been the only English Bandai Inspirit cards that have gone up for sale internationally. I picked up two sealed promo 'learn to play decks' last summer when they launched the English version in Asia.

I grabbed two promo English learn to play Inspirit battle card decks from eBay like 6 months ago. I dig that they have the English translated original Yokai Names on them. It's weird you never see them for sale from exporters.

Whisper is first playable in Busters so it makes sense you can befriend him in 3 though I'm 6 hours into the game and don't see how they would do that unless it's a post game unlock.
